Borola acquires a large asset to be transformed into a modern business center

In a recent asset purchase transaction, Borola acquired a large asset in Sofia, consisting of 4 buildings with a total area of 6,600 sq.m. on a plot of land with a total area of 10,894 sq.m. Borola plans to transform the acquired asset into a modern business center within 3 years. This will allow the company to modernize its infrastructure and bring most of its departments under one roof.
