What is Insadent?

Stomatological agent with a beneficial effect in gingival inflammation and parodontosis.

What does Insadent contain?

High-quality standardized extract of desaponifiable fraction of Zeya Mays 30mg and folic acid 200mcg. The active ingredients of Zea Mays represent a natural mixture of phytosterols 60-70%; antioxidants, including tocopherols, 10-20%, hydrocarbonates 5-8% and ingredients with some anabolic effect. The standardization process guarantees purity and effectiveness of each capsule.

Initially take 1 Solucaps twice daily before meal for 3 months.
For maintenance take 1 to 2 capsules daily.

Gum and parodontal diseases

Gum diseases and teeth supporting structures diseases are very common. Parodontal disease is with an unknown etiology. Genetic, immunologic and hormonal (diabetes, pregnancy) factors are important as well as the advanced age and other factors as free radicals damaging effect. Gingivitis (gum inflammation) is an initial phase of a parodontal disease. In gingivitis gums are red, with edema and bleed easily. This is a result of bacteria and mucus stuck on teeth which leads to gum inflammation. Gingivitis is a light and reversible form of the disease but if not treated it may lead to parodontosis. This is an advanced stage of the disease in a more destructive form characterized by progressive absorption of teeth alveolus bone tissue, dental neck excoriation and teeth loosing, formation of pathologic tooth-gum pouches with pus. In an advanced stage of the disease the bone and the supporting soft tissues are seriously destroyed which leads to loosing of the teeth and ultimately the loss of teeth.

Management of parodontosis

In moderate and severe forms of paradentosis dental intervention is necessary. The curable program includes tartar cleaning, root management, rarely systemic antibiotic and covering of the excoriated gums. In the most severe cases a parodontal surgery is necessary. In all cases of parodontosis a program for mouth hygiene is permanently included. It is extremely important as for the prophylaxis as well for the success of each therapeutic intervention.
